This Pays d’Oc wine is from the sunny limestone slopes of Languedoc, between Narbonne and Carcassonne. A red wine, it comes from a single grape variety among the several dozen authorised by the appellation.

100% Pinot Noir

This wine has a beautiful ruby red robe with violet highlights. On the nose a delightful bouquet unfolds with aromas of berries such as blackcurrant and strawberry and spice notes. On the palate, its elegance always surprises. Mellow tannins provide a silky, smooth structure.

This 100% Pinot Noir vin de pays goes very well with white meat, such as poultry, and with red meat such as a succulent barbecued prime rib of beef. It is also a great accompaniment to aromatic cheeses.

Serve between 16 and 18°C. It will be particularly appreciated young.
