COLOUR
Light straw-coloured amid hints of green
NOSE
Lifted and perfumed aromas of stone fruits and apples, with a hint of fresh spice.
PALATE
Flavours of green apple, apricot, and peach with a luscious mouth-filling texture and hints of delicate spice.
WINEMAKING Free run juice was separated and fermented in stainless steel at cooler temperatures whilst the pressings were fermented with skin contact prior to aging in old French oak puncheons.
VINTAGE REPORT
The 2024 vintage conditions were drier than the previous two years with below average spring rainfall and earlier budburst. Vintage kicked off in mid February with wines showing intensity and depth of flavour. Further aging will see wines of longevity and persistence of flavour.
